We aim to begin with short-distance hikes to gently encourage and support women as they build confidence, strength, and readiness for longer hikes over time. These shorter walks allow women to move at their own pace, reconnect with nature, and gradually develop both physical endurance and self-belief. Through consistent encouragement and support, we help women prepare themselves—mentally and physically—for longer hikes and greater challenges, empowering them to grow stronger with every step
